RETURNS

We offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you change your mind for any reason, you can follow the below easy steps.

Please note we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you.

Full price items can be returned for a full refund.

A return fee of $15 will apply to Australian returns to cover the return shipping label, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To process a return please do it through our LEM Returns Portal.

Follow below steps:

1. Lodge return in returns portal
2. Package your order in the LEM packaging and the same shipping satchel if possible.  Alternatively you can use your own however this may lead to delays in processing your return.
3. Print off shipping label, attach and drop to your nearest post office.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For all International Orders follow the below steps:

1. Lodge return in returns portal
2. Package your order in the LEM packaging and the same shipping satchel if possible.  Alternatively you can use your own however this may lead to delays in processing your return.
3. Take to your nearest postal office*

REFUNDS
If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to five business days for this amount to appear in your account.

FINAL SALE
Final sale refers to items that are marked down during a special offer. Item/s marked as "final sale" cannot be returned for a refund, unless in the event of them being faulty. Items are eligible for direct size exchange, pending size availability. Please note, if your desired exchange size is not available, you cannot return the item for refund.

If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed. Please contact us at customercare@lemwear.com if you need assistance.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please contact us customercare@lemwear.com with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
